<span lang="EN-US">Regarding a potential of electric vehicles, it has been widely discussed that the vehicle can be participated in electricity ancillary services. Among service products, system frequency regulation is often considered. However, participation this to conformed hierarchical control architecture. Therefore, grid (V2G) application article proposed term multiple-areas operation. The are concerned as parking areas, which areas implied V2G operator. From that, operator obtain signal from architecture for power sharing purpose. A concept between fulfilled by adaptive droop factor based on battery state charge and available capacity area. nonlinear multiplier used adaptation. An also applied limitation analyzed through stochastic character. As cooperated with functions, i.e. primary secondary control, then effect functions investigated discussed.</span>
